It is minor, but I found myself doing over and over again - that is - to take of the 12px padding out of elements. This is not always an easy task because so many elements have it:

.extra-region .block, .content-region div.block, .content-region .node, .content-region .node-form, .content-region .view, .content-region .profile, .content-region .node-type-list, .page-admin #default-content

Yeah... I know.
I'm (fortunately) too busy lately.
I plan on a total rewrite of the CSS for version 3 of the theme... It will take some time to get there, but there I will implement all the tweaks and fixes reported in the past months.

Hope it will happen before Drupal 7 :-/
