how to let uses purchase any user-created node? (ubercart?)

I want user to put things online they want to sell. when other users find something to buy, they should have a simply payment processor and they're done.
Can you do that with Ubercart or is there another payment processor or do you only use the processor from ubercart? If so, how?
Any ideas are much appreciated!
