View Field From 2 Different Content Type Instances

I have a content type that is a weekly update on another content type (which is established only once, and then referenced via node reference.)

I would like to have a view that shows the Before and After of an update. Meaning, if week 3 status is Good, but week 4 status is great, I'd like to be able to show both so that the change is apparent.

How can I do this? I need to pull Field A from last week's update, and then field A from this week's update.

Also a views calc field will need to be used.

I have it now set to get the initial status from the content type, so it says Initial Status and New Status, but it would be much better to have Last Week's Status and New Status instead.
