I can successfully upload videos from my administrator account but when I log in under a test account that has been authenticated, I don't have the file input field to upload videos.

The permissions have been set as follows for authenticated users:
Checked
create video content
view field_videoupload

Unchecked
edit field_videoupload
delete any video content
delete own video content
edit any video content
edit own video content
administer uploaded videos
administer video upload settings

It looks like you need to allow them to edit field_videoupload if you want them to upload video.

Thanks, that fixed it. Kind of weird wording when create video content is checked.
