Change the display time duration

Issue Summary

When I hover over one of the Glossary terms that is being highlighted/displayed within a node, the description appears for about 6 seconds and then disappears. Moving the cursor and repositioning it will make it reappear. How can I increase/change the time or set it to display for the entire time the cursor is on the term.

I believe this is a browser standard. But there may be something in http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2007/06/12/tooltips-scripts-ajax-javascr... that might help.
