When i create a variant of node add/edit form and i put it into a panel, the save, preview and delete buttons appears at the middle of the form instead of the end

There is a 'buttons' pane, I believe. You can put that in to put the buttons where you want them to go.

This is an unfortunate side effect of the way the form is rendered, and placing the buttons specificly is the only solution.
