Configure Theme - Not Saving

Hey all! I am trying to configure the 'Magazeen' theme I installed. Everything seemed fine till yesterday--- I noticed that when I try to configure the theme, my changes do not save anymore. I restarted my computer and I have tried re-installing the original Magazeen theme and revert back to the original settings. I also tried configuring other themes and they too do not save as well. Does anyone know why my theme configurations are not taking? Any ideas or solutions to this problem?
