Can not decompress Weather Module

Please try and do better at placing your forum threads. Just because a module isn't working doesn't mean it goes into the module development forum. If you aren't building a module you will 99.9% of the time want to place your thread in post intstallation.
When you have a specific question about a specific module it is always a good idea to place a support request in the issue queue of the module in question.
