lm_paypal: Admin pay tab wrong link?

Description
I've just noticed on the /Admin page, a new "Pay" tab to the right of the "By module" tab. But clicking on the Pay tab link take me to a "Page not found". The link shows as:
/admin/lm_paypal/subscriber/pay/%252F/
As the SuperAdmin, I don't know whether this is incorrectly formatted, or whether it is because I have created no Adverts myself.
