I had to do a complete reinstall of a site recently because no matter what I did the fckeditor wouldn't show up. That's when I found out about the close line on the theme. Even after I closed it, it wouldn't show up. I did a complete reinstall and now fckeditor shows up twice! Different looking too!

What in the world is going on? Thoughts?
