Mass replace
sometimes, there are some wrong terminology translates / formatting, if we can mass replace will save more works.

Terminology list
terminology words must be same. if admin can make a stable terminology list, and members can easy to search that can help to make more accurate translates .

Release Version
if I writing a book, and depends on a translates version. Reader can more easy to understanding what you say (especially the terminology ).
Drupal translates keeping move forward, but some old men like old-translates.

also benefit for big changes,
Drupal 6 maybe just a few people to participate, translates really bad. however it already have a large amount of people using it. We cannot make a big change in translates.
But Drupal 7 can be a new start, we can do it.

Release Version give us a choose.

If you'd like these issues resolved, please open three issues for them, since this way, we cannot work with your suggestions or this issue ends up in an intermingled discussion about three different topics. The terminology list for one is an existing issue and was suggested by many teams, so please only follow up on the existing issue.
