New feature; exclude specified menus

Hi,

I love local_menu for it's simplicity. Yet it's simplicity also results in lacking some flexibility as mentioned by Fokke on the project page.
I've added a list of checkboxes under the regular local menu settings. By checking a menu (identified by their machine readable names eg. primary-menu,secondary-menu) the menu will not be shown in the local menu block.

Hope you like this extra feature and that'll make it into the module.
It does not require actions from current module users if they update to this, it only requires actions if you want to use this feature.
