IE and more sidebars problem

Hello and thank you for this great theme.

I have a problem with his theme in IE8 (I don't know if also in IE7). The problem is that the sidebar dissapears or dismount in this browser (only). Another problem I have is when I translate the page with Google Translate script, ocurs the same but in all browser (firefox, chrome and explorer). Is strange because in firefox and chrome the page looks perfect and with this script the page is exactly the same but for the google top frame. You can look an example here:
