SMS blast errors when no records have status=2

Issue Summary

The UI presents an error when a blast is sent but no sms_user records have a status of 2.

Thanks for the report davea. This is the first bug to have been addressed in the latest bug sweep.

Fixed in the 6.x-1.0-dev branch (cvs rev 1.2.2.2) and will appear in the 1.1 bugfix release.
