Welcome frjo as the new maintainer. :)

For 4.6, I added new feature to site_map.

- On sitemap page it will list the choosen main menus. (With all menuitems open).
- On sitemap's setting page you can coose which main menus to show on sitemap page.

This is now part of the cvs version that also include my own modifications. I will soon update the documentation also.
