Fckeditor pop-up error

Hi
After enabled fckeditor and if click the "Open rich editor" link display pop-up window. But it is display as "Page can not be found". This happen on the hosting version of the site. fckeditor properly working in my local set up. Please

Please help me as soon as posible to fix this issue in my hosting version.

This has nothing to do with core.
