Release notes
Incorporates patches supplied by gtin & pharoz in the comments of the contrib section on ubercart.org, as well as adding the ability to tweak settings for sell price, as requested by LightFromArt in the same comment thread.
Additional code cleanup was also performed to bring the module up to drupal coding standards.
