Hi,

Firstly - i am a total newbee to all this - only started using drupal a week ago :-/

I first installed bowob ~2days ago and it worked perfectly. Since installing an update yesterday - having been prompted to do so by drupal - i have been experiencing issues with the chat pane.

Before the update it displayed chat to all users within the window but now it presents a blank space and 'undefined' within the top bar of the chat - i have followed all of the setup on bowob.com and before this stated 'Nippon Chat'. Also i cannot log into the adminstrator chat room via bowob - nothing happens? Am i missing something somewhere?

I have run through the process from start once before?

Does this mean i need to delete the bowob files via my ftp and start over?

From which point do i need to start again and does having the bowob chat module enabled before starting over affect the installation - if yes how do i uninstall it?

Thankyou for your help with this - its all very confusing to me.

- Download and rewrite all the files.

I'm having some weird issues now too after upgrading. I reinstalled everything.

multipage chat on the bowob.com no longer lets you choose colors so mine shows up as black only and also it doesn't name the room so it only says 'undefined' on the bottom of the multichat and blank inside it. The config file shows the right names, but the multipage isn't displaying it. I also can't login to admin multipage it just says 'loading'.

So for me, there's a few broken issues regarding the multipage, but the monopage seems ok.

I updated to 8.7 and still have the same problems.

I can't login to multichat on bowob.com saying 'loading' and my website multichat says 'undefined'

"undefined" problem is because "bowob_config_x.php" is corrupt.

- Deactivate the module.
- Reinstall from bowob.com.
- Download and rewrite all the files.

I have followed all the instructions and reloaded the module and config files from scratch in the same way it worked fine for the previous version, but when my home page loads it just has a white band at the bottom of the page that reads bowob: ready from now
The chat works fine from www.bowob.com.
Can this be fixed?

I have that too sometimes - any fix known to you bowob for this??
