Great module!
I find a small problem: if I set a path in "Default flash player path" (admin/settings/swftools/handling) this path is not showed in the "Method" description (admin/settings/swftools/embed):
JavaScript methods require supporting JavaScript files to be downloaded and added to an appropriate sub-directory of sites/all/modules/swftools/shared.
