Placing posts of anonymous authors via cathegorization

I need to do this:

I would like that anonymous author post their posts on a page (like s survey on their customs - they will be able to post photos and text). I created a new content type (also selecting tags).

Here is the problem. How can I achieve that posts wouldn't be just lists of posts, but blocks with let's say 5 posts on one selected tag.
