User rearrange content (AJAXify front page)

Is it possible for a user to re-arrange content on a page, similar to what iGoogle does?

The Mysite module is the

The Mysite module is the ticket ... but that is only available in 5.x.

There has been some talk of integrating the functionality in Panels ... but I have not yet found evidence that to be the case. Does anyone know of Panels can do the job?

I found out that MySite has been reborn as the Dashboard module http://drupal.org/project/dashboard for D6. Hop over there and help out if you can, or subscribe to the module so you can track progress.
