Forum pagers

Hi,

I facing a problem currently on the forum part.
I had created a forum topic and the numbers of people reply on the topic.
If the reply is getting more and more, I need to scroll to bottom to seek for the new topic.
Is there anyway to make a pager there?
Mean that, if I have more than 10 reply post, the post number 11 will be at page 2 and so on.
