Make time periods fixed

Description
I'd like to see the time periods display be fixed. For example, the hour table would look like something like this:
time hits
0000 - 0100 23
0100 - 0200 7
0200 - 0300 12
etc.and the days table would look something like this:
date hits
04/01 789
04/02 890
04/03 1,298
etc.Seems like a much more meaning way to display info.
