Drupal not working...no matter what I do.

First I am going to detail out what happened...the situation. Then I will give out technical details.

First the situation. I was working on this with another developer. He ended up doing the Drupal installation on his local machine (no problem). He installed the modules got everything setup..finished the site and it's ready to be loaded up into the server.. So we load the database and the files to the server and perform the obvious steps that are needed
1) Transferred files over.
2) Exporting database over to the server.
3) Changed the settings.php to the new database data.

That's it...

Now it's not working..I get a server 505 error.. it works locally perfectly but on the server it works horribly.

Can someone please tell me what I can do to get this thing working. I really have never had problems moving drupal to any server except 1and1.com it's the only one that has ever given me any issues like this.
