No need to configure meta tags for an offline page at admin/content/nodewords/global/offline. If a site is in offline mode it fires server status code 503 ('HTTP/1.1 503 Service unavailable') and google simply goes away and does nothing.

In addition, it's not working.
The keyword set at admin/content/nodewords/global/offline, not appears on the offline page.
