Issue Summary
I am noticing that my clock widget is not showing properly for 12:xx am/pm. I don't know if this is new or not, but I've never noticed it before.
Until a minute or two ago when 1:00pm rolled around, US MT clock was showing 0:58pm, 0:59pm. And India clock, which is half hour offset, is currently showing 0:34am. So, the '12' is missing in both cases.
Other times where '12' is not the leading digit all appear correct, including for instance, the US MT time zone which has rolled now to show 1:07 pm.
Will keep an eye to see if this happens on other timezones, but presumably will be.
The format string I am using is: g:i a D M j
I have cleared cache. And this result is true for all my sites which use same widget in basically same way.
Oh, and just noticed another site which uses US PT, it is now showing 0:07pm since it just rolled over from 11:xx am.
