In past it was possible to use © 2009 by Firstname Lastname in the short copyright statement. Now after the 1.2 upgrade this is broken and ends with © 2009 by Firstname Lastname. This is wrong and need to be kept as is. Using ©2009 by Firstname Lastname haven't worked in past as it's shown in search engines incorrectly, if I remember correctly.
