In addition to the "List Price" and "Cost" I would like to be able to hide (and use a default setting for) the "Sell Price."

I've made the modifications to the module and included them in the patch I'm attaching, but wow, development on this module has been moving quickly! Yesterday 1.2 was the newest version I could get, and this is a patch against the 1.2 version.

Sorry about that. I can make the changes against the 1.8 version, but probably not today.
