Comment Filters for Selected Words - e.g. "Cialas"

I've been getting a lot of spam recently, even with capthca and captcha pack enabled.

I'm just wondering, is it possible to put in a filter that if certain words show up, the comment will not be allowed, so I can set up a filter that will disallow:

cialas
viagra
porn
etc...
