Plain text/HTML selection is not saved

Hi,
I have to add something like 5000 users with a HTML email. When I import my csv, it works just fine, but on the 2nd or 3rd "Continue processing", e-mail is sent as Plain Text and in "Settings" HTML isn't selected anymore. Anyone has similar issue ?
