Is there any module to create photo album ?

I was wondering to help my site users to create their album and upload their photo. like this

and also other can comment in their each photo. thank you
I found gallerix but i am not able to download it.

With the available modules you can do much more than the Hi5 example you showed us.
I have created an album system that has the following features:
- Let's users Create/Edit their own albums on a user-base permission level
- A nice Flash slide-show option
- Integration with LightBox2 for a stunning way to display the photos.

I used the following modules:
Lightbox2
Album Photos
dfgallery

can you please tell me the steps to install it . i try to setup it by enabling it from modules and giving required permission but flash code is not running properly.
