Is there any module to create photo album ?

I was wondering to help my site users to create their album and upload their photo. like this

and also other can comment in their each photo. thank you

I have created an album system that has the following features:
- Let's users Create/Edit their own albums on a user-base permission level
- A nice Flash slide-show option
- Integration with LightBox2 for a stunning way to display the photos.
