- nodes' publishing date
- nodes' language

Please check the latest dev release (12 hours from now). You can use the 'Modify node fields' action to modify those fields.

There are no language or date fields in the "Modify node fields".

That's true. I removed the feature of editing non-CCK fields because it was creating too many problems. I am still working on a way to bring that back in.
