I have several RSS feeds (external to my website) that I want to display on my website. What module lets me define a view for one or more RSS feeds, preferbly combined as one view? One view per RSS feed is ok too. then I would be embedding the view within a node.

There's the core aggregator module or the contributed feedapi module.
