the menu link - admin/user/roles/limits - was not visible after enabling the module. I got it by typing in the path in the browser. It doesn't look like a 'refresh' issue, as even after invoking the menu directly, it failed to show up under 'Roles'

Just getting back to this. Oddly it seems that while the menu item does appear in the Administration Menu, it does not appear in the Navigation for the site. Looking into it.

Found it. I was defining the item as a MENU_LOCAL_TASK assumedly because I was thinking Tab on the roles screen initially. This has now been committed to 6.x-1.x-DEV and should be showing up in the nightly snapshot soon.
