In IE 7 /web_site/sites/all/modules/gtranslate_links/enabledlangs/Thumbs.db shows as a picture.

How to dissable this?

Everything looks good, except one more "transparent image" at the end of the flags.

I'm running Drupal 6.10 on WAMP server, theme Acquia_marina.

PLease help!

'Thumbs.db' is not part of the module. Most likely, you've been using Windows Explorer, which puts those files all over the place. You can safely delete it (the Thumbs.db, not the Windows Explorer).
Furthermore, the 2.x-dev snapshot does not show files which do not have the format as described in the README.

It works. Everything is displayed properly.

Version 2.x-dev is the answer for IE 7.
