I found this plugin for wordpress http://www.nothing2hide.net/en/wp-plugins/wordpress-global-translator-pl... and i think would be nice instead of google translator to integrate the features of global translator. The fact that in the translated page appear only a message with link to the original page is preaty better from google bar

blinkingtwelve commentedWhen I started this module there were some other modules in development that take the route you mention. You should take a look at them.
The goal of this particular module is to keep things simple and provide an easy way of linking to Google Translate, which is why it is called Google Translate Links.

zoia commentedActually I didn't find such module for D6x . Then the plugin suggested above has quite the same function with gtranslate links (uses google translation when no other option is available . The only think that i liked and i would love to have with gtranslate, is the message in the header (which appear in the selected language) with the link to the original site instead of google language bar. For the moment gtranslate links is directed to the google page leaving the original site with no link to go back to the original page . I know that might be difficult to be implemented into gtranslate for the moment. Just suggested for the future. Thanks anyway for the quick reply and support

blinkingtwelve commentedAh, I see. I recall that GT had some option like 'See the original of this page' but that's gone now, sadly.
I could let the GT'ed pages open in new windows (you click a flag, you get a popup) so you can return to your original tab/window easily.
