Content Taxonomy not found in admin after successful installation

I installed Content Taxonomy module to my server and tried to enable it. At first it said "taxonomy manager module" was missing. So I installed the module. Then it looked like installation was successful. (all missing modules, widgets checked off, and "content taxonomy module" enabled"

However, on my admin list, "taxonomy" and "taxonomy manager" are both listed, but not "content taxonomy" module. It's nowhere to be found.

Please help
