The module presents the cachebusting issue identified on the flowplayer website:

Is there a patch? I can't seem to figure out how to enable cachebusting in the script (as suggested in the blog).

The fix I used was to replace the file '/flowplayer/example/flowplayer.min.js' with the new file flowplayer-3.1.4.min.js referenced in the above post.

I am new to drupal, so I'm not clear on the process of providing a fix to a module, so I'll leave it to someone else until I learn the protocol.
