help: wrong code appears

Hello! hola

I am trying to use this filter but I cannot get it works fine, probably it is for my poor english :)

I dont know if the code to put is like this:

[toc list: ol; title: Table of Contents; minlevel: 2; maxlevel: 3; attachments: yes;]
because I found it in the description of the filter and it is a little different from the documentation page.
please see my attachments if you have time.
I change the order of the filters as you mention but when html filter is before toc: nothing happens.
