Update Count Doesn't Update in App

I had 5 modules out of date on a site, as detected by the Drupal Notifier. I updated them on the site, then hit the refresh button in the app. It still continued to show 5 modules out of date. However, when I clicked on the site, I got all checkmarks in the module list. And, when I restarted the app, the count was gone. So, I think you forgot to have that count updated on refresh. (though a restart does it correctly)
