Instead of using the node type specified with nodecomment for the comment link, the theme only seems to ever use the basic Drupal comments.

Is this a bug or a feature?

I found a similar thread in another theme discussion, and it looks like this theme does the same thing. It rewrites the link for adding a new comment. That seems like a really big no-no to me.
