Release notes
A complete rewrite of the module, now using the Site Maintenance interface. Implemented as well:
- #729602: Adding comments is still possible by @avior: Added support for comments
- #946212: A couple of requests for usability by @FortEZ
- Mention below message textarea
- Removed $message in favor of form text replacement
- Used URL as redirect instead of a Read More link
- #931244: make user accounts read-only too: Disable user edit/register
- #931246: uid 1 should be allowed to edit: Allow used uid 1 to edit
- Add hook_uninstall() to clean up variabels after uninstalling.
- Removed package name to retain module guidelines

Release notes
First release of the module. Adds an extra settings field to the Site Maintenance page, to let admins put their site in Read Only mode while keeping the content visible to their users.
