multipled shown post in views block while tac_lite works

Description
Fine module, had worked pretty good until today.
Today have found bug.
I have story that shown in more then 20(~22-23) terms (common instruction). After last edition of this story i get that the title story shown in views block 15 repeat of thr SAME lines one by another (block shows 20 titles of last created/updated page/story).
i get this result only for not priveleget user anonimous and registered.
Users that had right control of taxonomy look title of this story only at one line (normal).
After switch off tac_lite - all users look the title of this story only at one line (normal).
I not write code in php, and have not idea how to remove this bug. thanks.
