Issue Summary
I like the idea of this module, but when it is enabled I am only able to access the site and login as the admin user. When attempting to login as an authenticated (but non-admin) user, I am returned to the holding page after entering the login information.

It should let through any logged-in user.
What happens when you reload after having logged in?

When I log in with a non-admin account, it immediately redirects me to the holding page. When I log in with the admin account, it works fine and I'm taking to the normal home page of the site. Could this possibly be a conflict with another contributed module?

I've just tried this on a live site -- works fine for me, so yes, might be conflict with another module.
Though I'm not sure what, as this kicks in pretty early.

Hmm....I'll try to do some testing and post any useful information here. I'm running it on a site with quite a few contrib modules installed, so it may not be easy to identify the problem! Would it help if I posted the list of contrib modules I'm using (you may be able to identify potential conflicts more easily than I could)?

Sure, though I don't know every module by any means!
Best way to find the module is to disable half, and half again, and so on, until you get it to work.
You could also try holding module on a totally fresh site, just to see it's nothing to do with your setup.
