Issue Summary
Hey,
When you're looking at an ad, there's a 'suggest a category' link which just takes you to the contact page (only appears if the contact module is enabled - ed_classified.module line 208)
Can we have a checkbox in the configuration to check if we want this link to appear or not? Just like there's one for the contact advertiser.

This link is no longer added in 6.x-3.x.
Consider adding it again, like the contact link.
