The APIs changed between the current 1.1 version and the versions available in the DRUPAL-6--1 and DRUPAL-7--1 branches. The difference in APIs makes accomidating for Session API difficult for other modules. I've updated Flag module's #271582: Allow anonymous users to flag content for the 2.0 release which I expect to release soon, but without Session API the module won't be able to support anonymous users.

The current code in CVS seems fine, is there anything holding up a 1.2 release?
