Webform draft/copy/edit as new/clone

Hello,
I'm trying to use the webform module in order to be able to create a webform but which is pre-completed from a copy that I would have to do.

I installed node_clone module : http://drupal.org/project/node_clone
In version drupal 6, and I've enabled it, I have access to the settings of this module but I don't see any "new as edit" which could make me able to create a new form with the completion of a base webform and edit it each time I create a new webform.

Could you explain me, please. I am lost in these modules, and it's really important for me to be able to do this because I will probably need to make several webforms which will be different from one person to another so I will have to make a lot of forms dynamically.
