Anonymous User Save Address For Session

Hi guys,
I know 5.x-3.6 isn't been developed anymore but someone else might have done this, or could point me in the right direction of how to implement it.
When someone goes through the checkout anonymously they enter their address then get to the checkout screen - if they then decide to carry on shopping when they come to checkout they have to reenter their address again. Is there anyway we could get this data to be remembered for the session?
