I am not sure what can be a problem

I get this module to work in my template on the frontpage, template is almost finished and this module work like a charm.
But after update Drupal from 6.13 to 6.14 the problem occures.
When I use default Garland template rotor is working but when I change to my custom template it doesn't work.
Exactly it doesn't work like a rotor only display last node from nodeque
The header in my template is the same like in Garland, generated from Drupal.
I have JS and CSS optimalization turned off.

Obviously I cleared cache and template registry.

What can be a problem?

Is this still a problem? Did you get it to work? If not, perhaps try uninstalling the module and reinstalling.

I didn't test it any more, I changed to views slideshow and it work fine.
