First off I like this module and you are doing a great job. I am new to Drupal and learning more and more everyday.

I am using Fivestar Users Rating and I would like to add a comment to the rating. Can you tell me how to complete this task?

I would also like to know if I can have the feedback seperated into catagories like "Buyer feedback" "Seller feedback"

Unfortunately this is well beyond what Fivestar Extra can do. It might be possible to use Fivestar itself to do this if you use its multiple axis rating system and create a node for each user that it is linked to. But you would have to ask in their issue queue. Fivestar Extra is a smaller module merely enabling the rating of users and comments.
